FIND A SERVICE PROVIDER NEAR YOU

Platinum Health has established a countrywide DSP network for specialists, hospitals, radiology and pathology services. However, members may only access these services through a general practitioner and with authorisation from Case Management.

Members located within a 50km radius of Platinum Health facilities and service providers are obliged to utilise the designated healthcare service providers.

Your search reflects there is no DSP GP in the area. In this instance you may utilise any GP and Platinum Health will pay 100% of Scheme Tariff. Remember the R80 levy (normal hours) and R85 levy (after-hours) per patient visit apply. If in doubt please contact Client Liaison or Case Management on 014 590 1700 or 080 000 6942. For after-hour emergencies call 082 800 8727.
